As Order Code, please fill in your surname (same as in your reservation) and your arrival date without space or other symbols in the format: DDMMYY (e.g. Smith180624).

Please submit the form and you will be redirected to Alpha Bank's secure environment (Nexi e-Commerce) to complete your payment. All credit, debit or pre-paid cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners are accepted.

The hotel will charge, to the advised credit card, the required payment to secure the booking. In the event of a cancellation the hotel also reserves the right to charge the relevant cancellation fee as per the terms agreed in our confirmation email. All information transmitted is encrypted and no credit card information is being stored or processed by the hotel.
